Who we are
Papa Raf – Plumbing & HomeFix is run by Rafal Jaworski as a sole trader in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. We decide how your personal data is used. Contact us at info@paparaf.com.
What we collect
- The details you give us in the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (if you add it), town or postcode, and a description of the job.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a quote visit and, if you go ahead, carry out the work and keep the records we need for it. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who sees it
- Our website host, Netlify, which processes form submissions for us.
- Our email provider, Google, where form submissions arrive.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. This website does not use cookies or analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you become a customer, we keep job and payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@paparaf.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
